Special Order Policy
Special orders are indicated by the capitalized "SO" at the end of a product name. These are products we do not regularly keep on the shelves in our office. We order these items for patients when requested only, and do not otherwise have them in stock, so we therefore cannot accept ANY returns for specially ordered products. We recommend not ordering more than what you need for the month in special order items for this reason, in case your treatment plan changes. We also cannot waive shipping on orders that include a special-order item.
The Rothfeld Apothecary is happy to special order non-stocked products for our customers.
Specials orders, including repeat orders, may take 7-10 business days to arrive.
There are no returns on special orders.

Special orders do not apply towards a 10% discount.
