Product Return Policy
To ensure the purity and highest quality of our products we will only accept returned items that are factory sealed. Opened products may not be returned for exchange, credit, or refund unless it had been determined that the product is spoiled, damaged, or defective. Similar to policies found in food stores and pharmacies, patients’ inability to tolerate certain products, or ineffectiveness of the product is not a reason to accept the returned product.
Refunds will be issued for factory sealed products returned within one month of purchase with a receipt. After one month, store credit may be issued pending review of the expiration date.
Special Orders are pre-paid and cannot be returned.
