Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (capsule), sucrose, rice starch, shellac,
hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, hydrated magnesium silicate, acetylated corn starch,
sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and glycerol.

DIRECTIONS: Take one to two capsules no more than 15 minutes before the
consumption of histamine-rich foods, or take as directed by your healthcare
practitioner.
